Rates
Rates are seasonal and vary from $95 to $250 per night based on single or double occupancy. Please add $25.00 for additional persons. A midweek-more than one night stay during our off season, receives a 10% discount. We are sorry that we cannot accept pets. Smoking is allowed outside only and in designated areas.

Reservations
Payment is due at time of reservation.

Cancellations
Most cancellations must be made 30 days in advance. If you cancel after the 30 day period, part or all of your rent may not be refunded. If we can re-book your rental dates you will be refunded less a $60.00 cancellation fee. Please be sure to check your confirmation letter for any adjustments to our standard cancellation policy.

Check-In
Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. Please keep us informed of your estimated arrival time.

Check-Out
We ask that you check out by 11:00 a.m. in order for us to prepare the for the following guest's arrival. A late check out may be arranged at the time of your reservation.

Directions: Coho Cottages are located in Willow Creek, California on Scenic Highway 299. We are one hours drive East of Highway 101 from Arcata and two hours West of Interstate 5 from Redding.
